And so now the CHAMPIONS OF EUROPE have notched their 4th win in a row and now find themselves 5 points behind ManYoo and 4 points behind the Gooners and with a game in hand too. Ok lah, no need to talk about Chelski, they've already made a downpayment on the title, while the rest of us try to win it the old-fashioned way.
8 goals conceded - second best defence in the league, mofos!!! Yes, the goals aren't coming, but that's just 'cos our forwards (namely Crouch and Cisse) suck like rotten eggs. I always believe in backing the boys in red as long as they're playing in the team, but I'm also hoping that the C&C Non-Scoring Factory will find themselves shipped out sooner rather than later. Oh, Owen, tengok what's happening here? Come back, leave the sinking ship that is the Toon Army...

But in any case, your game in hand c.f. ManYoo & the Arse is still not sufficient to over take your direct rivals for a spot in the Champions League. Based on current stats, you can't even pip Wigan to fourth spot as those n00bs have a superior GD.
Look on the bright side though, you can call yourselves Champions of Europe for another five and a half months, until around middle of May 2006. Enjoy it while it lasts k.

The point is - not too long ago, people were writng us off already. we're making the right move now - up the table. nobody figured liverpool to be be able to close down the gap to arsenal and manutd, but we're already doing so. the season's just getting interesting, bro - just wait and see lah... ;)

vincent: You are absolutely correct about our league trophy being dented mate; and I totally blame those cheese eating surrender monkeys in North London for defacing our property.
No worries though, once we win the premiership 5 times in a row, Mr A will custom-order a brand new league trophy and donate it to the English FA. Of course, the new trophy will have permanent blue ribbons since Chelsea are supposed to be champions for the next 100 years.

Yawn. I really do wish other clubs put up more of a fight. How funny it is now, when the HIGHLIGHT OF THE SEASON for the other clubs is now to DEFEAT CHELSEA!. ManUre has done it, and they thought they got a 2nd wind ... and could now pip Chelsea for the title ... it's kinda good feeling knowing that though :) Beating Chelsea instead of beating Arse/ManUre/Fools seem to be on the mind of every other managers. Haha.
Oh btw, Chelsea fans, have you guys heard the 2 Parodies on Jose Mourinho? :) Soooooo Funnny....... Jose Mourinho and the Technicolour Overcoat, and another "interview" with SkySport TV ...
